Pottery Green Bakers is a second generation local family business based in the North Shore of Sydney. We are dedicated to artisan baking and providing our customers with lovingly crafted products freshly prepared, daily. Our cafes represent our upbringing as Australians with a Vietnamese background. Our flavours draw from classic French and Vietnamese influences, together with an infusion of Aussie classic favourites.
